International Business Curriculum
1 See note on Math Options .
2 If EDUC 113 is required, it is taken in place of PHIL 120 then C/IL 104 is moved to the spring of the first year. PHIL 120 will be taken in the second year.
3 If a third math course is required, GE electives are moved from the fourth to the second year. The NSCI sequence is moved to the fourth year.
4 Four of the five functional international business courses and two electives from IB 476 , IB 477 , IB 478 , ECO 366 , ECO 465 or the fifth functional IB course.
5 For students requiring EDUC 113 and a third math course, 6 additional credits are needed to complete the foreign-language requirement.
6 Global Studies electives include GEOG 134 (recommended), PHYS 102 , PS 212 , PS 213 , T/RS 219 . Regional Studies electives are courses that focus on specific countries regions of the world (not U.S.), including culture courses taught in a foreign language.
7 The selection of a First Year Seminar is likely to fulfill requirements both for the First Year Seminar and a General Education Requirement. Thus, the First Year Seminar will not add to the total credits for the semester. Talk with your advisor if you have any questions.
*An approved 3-credit EP Foundation Course may be substituted for COMM 100 and C/IL 102 -C/IL 104 . In this case, the total needed for graduation in this major may be reduced. Consult with your advisor if you have questions. |
