MGT 455K - Business Policy and Strategy3 cr.
(Prerequisites: senior standing, FIN 251K , OIM 352K , MGT 352 , MKT 351K )
This is the capstone course for all Business majors. Concepts and skills developed in the prerequisite courses are integrated and applied to the overall management of an organization. Topics will include setting objectives, designing strategic plans, allocating resources, organizational structuring and controlling performance. (Credit may not be earned for MGT 455K and EM 455 .)
