The administration program is designed to prepare principals for grades K–12. For admission to the program, an applicant must meet CGCE Admission Standards , and departmental requirements in the Education section of this catalog. In addition, the applicant must hold a valid instructional or educational specialist certificate.
The Master of Science Degree
The student will be recommended for the Master of Science degree in Educational Administration after satisfactorily completing the following program of study and the comprehensive examination.

Educational Research Course (3 credits)
Foundations of Education Course (3 credits)
Curriculum and Instruction Course (3 credits)
Administration Courses (24 credits)
Psychological and Behavioral Course (3 credits)
Elective (3 credits)
- An appropriate course approved by mentor
