1Two math options are available for Business majors:

*Students are tested for math placement during summer orientation. On the basis of these tests and their high school background it will be recommended that some students take Option II, especially if they expect to pursue graduate studies. The majority of students will be placed in Option I, and may also be required to take MATH 106 - (Q) Quantitative Methods I  as a prerequisite to taking MATH 107 .

2The selection of a First Year Seminar is likely to fulfill requirements both for the First Year Seminar and a General Education Requirement.  Thus, the First Year Seminar will not add to the total credits for the semester. Talk with your advisor if you have any questions.

3Major courses can be chosen from any of the functional areas once the prerequisites have been satisfied.
