CHS 241 - (D) Case Management and Interviewing

This course focuses on skills necessary for case management and interviewing with multicultural focus. Roles of human-services professionals as case managers are emphasized. Interviewing skills focus on case conceptualization, problem identification, goals, evaluation, and follow-up are addressed to facilitate growth and development within a multicultural world. Includes community-based learning component.
