SLP 509 - Speech Sound Production & Disorders

This course examines the principles and methods of identification, prevention, assessment, and intervention of speech sound production. Topics include articulation, motor planning and execution, phonology, and accent modification. Etiologies, characteristics, and anatomical/physiological, acoustic, psychological, developmental, linguistic and cultural correlates will be discussed.
