PUBH 420 - Interprofessional Seminar in Public Health

(Formerly HPRO 420) (Pre-requisites: PUBH 210 or NURS 251 and NURS 310 available to other qualified students with permission of instructor.)

This seminar is organized around a community health issue. Students will analyze the issue from an interprofessional, collaborative lens and develop transdisciplinary public health strategies to address the health issue. The course culminates with a written research paper, and an oral presentation that will be formally presented to the community.
