PT 731L - Pediatric PT Lab

This course involves a comprehensive study of development from the prenatal period through adolescence. Theories of development and their influence on physical therapy examination, evaluation, and intervention will be discussed. Pathology/etiology, prognosis, medical management, and physical therapy management of specific pediatric disorders will be presented emphasizing a systems perspective.
