NURS 775 - Nurse Anesthesia Residency and DNP Scholarship II

7 cr.
(Prerequisite NURS 765 - Nurse Anesthesia Residency and DNP Scholarship I) The second of three residencies designed for the nurse anesthesia student to apply concepts learned in the didactic portion of the program and develop a comprehensive analysis of a complex case. Emphasis will be placed on the further refinement of critical thinking skills to manage the complex needs of the patient. The student will collaborate with the clinical preceptor to progress toward autonomy in the care of the perioperative patient.
