EDUC 223 - Educational Psychology

This course examines the psychological basis of teaching strategies, classroom environment, learning, motivation, behavior, reinforcement, developmental theory and assessment for students, grades 4-8. It includes an overview of the diagnostic categories of special needs students as well as cognitive skill development to ensure achievement of students with disabilities.
