SPAN 295 - (CF,D,S) Contemporary Mexican Culture and Language

6 cr.
(Prerequisite: SPAN 211 or higher)An intersession travel course to Guadalajara, Mexico; 3 credits in Humanities (foreign language area), 3 credits in the social sciences (political science area), and cultural diversity credit. Team taught by University faculty from the departments of Foreign Languages and Political Science with assistance from Mexican faculty at UNIVA. Includes activities inside and/or outside the classroom that involve Language Learning Center (language lab) resources. (Also listed as PS 295.)
