EDUC 339 - Math for Grades 2-43 cr.
(Prerequisite: EDUC 242)This course helps teachers analyze and become knowledgeable of the range and sequence of mathematical concepts, content and skills related to Grades 2-4. A variety of teaching techniques explored includes problem solving, an integration of hands-on math manipulatives, interdisciplinary planning, cooperative grouping, and the inductive teaching model.
