EDUC 250 - Early Development and Intervention3 cr.
(Co-requisites: EDUC 140, EDUC 222. Clearances required.)This course focuses on typical and atypical development (ages birth to 9): cognitive, motor, social-emotional, self-help, and language. A twenty hour field experience in the PreK-4 special education environment will allow students the opportunity to design interventions for children who are demonstrating a developmental delay.
